Worldwide delivery, 7–14 working days

We ship to customers worldwide. Every order is sent tracked, and shipping is free on all orders.

• Processing: orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Mon–Sat).
• Delivery: 7–14 working days from dispatch, depending on your country.
• Tracking: you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships. You can also use the Track your order link in our footer.

Delays

Occasionally customs or carrier delays can add a few days. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 working days, email us at contact@uniqueutopia.shop and we'll sort it out — reship or full refund, your choice.

Customs & duties

Most orders arrive with no extra charges. In rare cases your country may apply import duties; these are the responsibility of the customer.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it before dispatch.
