You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return — no questions asked.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please keep your order number handy.
How to start a return
- Email contact@uniqueutopia.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back and share the tracking number with us.
Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund — you won't need to return the item in most cases.
Exchanges
The fastest way is to return the item you have and place a new order for the one you want once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks can take a few extra days to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email contact@uniqueutopia.shop.
Non-returnable items
Personalised / custom items, personal-care goods and gift cards cannot be returned unless faulty.
