These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of uniqueutopia.shop (the “Store”) operated by Unique Utopia (“we”, “us”). By browsing or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

1. Orders & acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud or pricing errors); if we do, any payment already taken is refunded in full.

2. Prices & payment

Prices are shown in your selected currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already confirmed.

3. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and typically arrive in 7–14 working days, tracked, with free shipping. Full details are in our Shipping Policy. Any import duties applied by your country are your responsibility.

4. Returns & refunds

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced or refunded in full. See our Returns & Refunds page for how to start a return.

5. Product information

We do our best to display products accurately, but colours and sizes may vary slightly from screen images. Product details, dimensions and specifications are listed on each product page.

6. Your account & conduct

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the Store, attempt to access it without authorisation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Store — text, images, logos, videos and design — belongs to Unique Utopia or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights in your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Store at the time of your order applies to that order.
